We aim to make our programs accessible for multi-children families through sibling discounts and sliding scale co-op option.*
*Two or more siblings enrolled in year -long programs (North Star, Starlight and/or Starflower Early Childhood) receive 10% discount on 2nd+ siblings.
Younger sibling(s) in Nature Playgroup receive 50% discount.
*Two or more siblings enrolled in Nature Playgroup;
2nd+ siblings receive 20% discount. Siblings under 18mo attend free.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Cash, check, or bank transfer via Zelle are the preferred methods of payment to avoid high surcharges and service fees.
Those on a payment plan can set up recurring payments through their banks for ease.
Venmo, Stripe or PayPal payments are accepted with an additional 3% fee.
Payment Options
Seasonal Programs (Nature Playgroup)
A minimum of $100 is due upon enrollment to reserve your spot. The remainder of the full amount for the season is due by August 1st for Fall, February 1st for Spring, unless other arrangements have been made.
Year Long Programs (North Star, Starlight & Starflower Early Childhood):
A deposit of 10% is required upon enrollment signing to hold your spot in the program. Your remaining balance, less that deposit, is to be made in full or trimester payments through Zelle, cash, or check, or in 9 monthly installments through Helcim, unless other arrangements have been made.
Other arrangements, financial assistance opportunities, or volunteering for tuition reduction may be available to those in need. Please inquire by emailing [email protected]
*If you would like to donate additional funds to help support a family in need of financial aid, you can contact us about donating to the New Earth Community Care Fund.
Sliding Scale
Co-op Opportunities
We have a number of co-op opportunities that can carry a tuition reduction (tuition is on a co-op sliding scale of $4400-$5000/yr). If you are interested in applying for the sliding scale tuition reduction or simply to help out, please use this form.
(all sliding scale tuition applications must be received by February 15th to be considered in the first round of assistance decisions.)
Some positions available for sliding scale tuition include, but are not limited to;
* Nature Playgroup Set-up & Clean-up - (Seasonally) Wednesdays 10:00am-1:00pm
* Kitchen assistant- Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays
Prep: 9:30am-12:00pm
Cleanup: 12:00-1:30pm
* General assistant- Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays
9:00am-3:00pm
* Substitute Facilitator - Sign up to be on our list of on-call substitute facilitators! Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
9:00-12:30 or 3:00
Responsibilities may include: Assisting electives teachers, executing a simple plan for the day & overseeing children in programs. Facilitate Playgroup Circle. Assist with lunch, set up, and clean up with the help of committed volunteers.
