*Two or more siblings enrolled in year long programs (North Star Program and/or Starflower Early Childhood) receive 20% discount on 2nd+ siblings.
Younger sibling(s) in Nature Playgroup receive 50% discount.

2nd+ siblings receive 20% discount. Siblings under 18mo attend free.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Cash, check, or bank transfer via Zelle are the preferred methods of payment to avoid high surcharges and service fees.
Those on a payment plan can set up recurring payments through their banks for ease.
Venmo, Stripe or PayPal payments are accepted with an additional 3% fee.
Payment Plan Options
Seasonal Programs (Nature Playgroup)
The full amount for the season is due upon enrollment to reserve your spot unless other arrangements have been made.
Year Long Programs (North Star Program & Starflower Early Childhood):
A deposit is required upon enrollment signing to hold your spot in the program. Your remaining balance, less that deposit, can be made in full or in payments.
Payment plan options include:
Three equal trimester payments; 1st payment at sign up, or by August 20th, 2nd payment November 20th, 3rd payment February 20th.
10 monthly payments; 1st payment due at sign up for registration confirmation. Each other monthly payment is due on or before the 20th of each month (8/20, 9/20, 10/20, 11/20, 12/20, 1/20, 2/20, 3/20, 4/20)
Other arrangements, financial assistance opportunities, or volunteering for tuition reduction may be available to those in need. Please inquire by emailing [email protected]
*If you would like to donate additional funds to help support a family in need of financial aid, you can contact us about donating to the New Earth Community Care Fund.
Late Payments
A payment is considered late if it is not received within a 48hr grace period after the payment due date (considered late after the 22nd of the month your payment is due).
A charge of $5/day will be added to your total payment due until the payment is received.
*If you are having financial hardship or need an alternate arrangement, please let us know ahead of time so we can work with you, in which case a late-fee may not apply.
Volunteer Opportunities
We have a select number of volunteer opportunities that carry a tuition reduction benefit. Spaces are limited and assigned on a first come first served basis. If you are interested in volunteering either for a tuition reduction or simply to help out, please see the options below:
* Nature Playgroup AM Set-up- Wednesdays 10:00-10:30am setup & lunch help (25% discount for one playgroup tuition)
* Nature Playgroup PM Clean-up- Wednesdays, lunch help & 12:30-1:00pm cleanup (25% discount for one playgroup tuition)
* Substitute Facilitator - Sign up to be on our list of on-call substitute facilitators for one, two or three days! (paid a flat rate per day of facilitation)Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9:00-3:00
Responsibilities may include: Assisting electives teachers, executing a simple plan for the day & overseeing the NSP kids (ages 5-12). Facilitate Playgroup Circle. Assist with lunch, set up, and clean up with the help of committed volunteers.
